I woke up at ten to seven ready for a huge day of parkour had me breakfest and a cup of tea and was of with my freind craig. We had known it was going to be a wet and cold day but that still didnt hinder our spirits there was tree of us to start with me my two freins kevien and craig we had are santa hats on but i wont go in to that. When we arrived in manchester it was cold and wet just like i thought it would be plus we was the first one to get here so we started to warm up. after a good half an hour every one was arriveing so they made good time most of the morning was made up of condioning and technical movements it was all good by the after noon it was pretty much raining and we was looking at a 13ft wallrun and i thought the guys trying to do it are mad but they kept trying till they got it so i thought why not give it a try i got it on my third go after splitting my finger open but when i did it in the dry i would allways just make it but now i got both of my hands on it i was very plesed with this and did so again on my other two atemps. Ovar all it was an amazeing day and i loved every second of it hope every one liked there xmas cards.
I would like to thank northen parkour for meeting us and thanks to every one else who turned i think we all had an amazeing day and everyone really pushed there limits and more. MERRY XMAS EVERY ONE

mind body and soul

PARKOUR MIND BODY AND SOUL
i remember when i started a year ago i had no idea how deep parkour went i was like how most beginners take it oww lets find the biggest drop lets make videos. Its onley really been at the end of this year ive started to notice what real parkour is its more than these big jumps and showy moves its somethink more deeper and pure ive noticed how its changed me for better my freinds have said ive became more mature and conserrite to others its all so gave me more freinds then ive ever had i know people from all over the uk sometimes there are days i just wish i could pratice endlessley but ive got to rember parkour is not everythink in my life but apart of it and it can flow and help in other parts of my life this i think is what a small percent of parkour is about.

abit about me

ive allways been a very active kid when i was little allways climbing around in trees and on walls. I was never good at any other sports it wasnt till i was around 14 i got in to karate annd it changed my whole out look on life and then i found an amzeing art called parkour wich is getting from one place to another in the quickest time possible so really it was like being a kid again lmao but with that feel of displine ive allways been kind of shy but once you get to know me i supose am an ok guy i have a deep interest in drama and stuntwork my dream is to become a stuntman and a parkour teacher.
