training update


Training is going well am at the best ive ever been in years in both my parkour and fitness. So am changeing my training regime to start challengeing my body and up my level.

Am going to be working more on my cardio and musclemass+strength and kickboxing i ive got a kickboxing tourney comeing up in febuary so i want to be ready for this greatly Ill still be trainig parkour just not as often.


New training regime

Monday-
5min jog to warm up
5x5 weighted pull ups with 32 pounds or 22kg I think this is right x0
3x10 dragon flags lower back strength training
If there is time work on any kind of kickboxing training

Tuesday
Kickboxing

Wednesday
Parkour-30min jog or kickboxing

Thursday
Kickboxing

Friday
Leg strength training and 3x10 dragon flags lower back training

Saturday
Weighted dips 5x5 with the same weight am useing for the weighted pullups
Parkour or kickboxing

Sunday Rest !!!!!
